People at one time used to welcome political parties and politicians in their midst. Their over all lordly VIP detached from people behaviour since independence has made them democratic royalty. This has made them distant from the populi. Now the dislike is bordering on hatred for the parties. They should read the writings on the wall for their own welfare.
